Tha Block Trenton’s Community Meal

This month’s meal theme is pasta. Tha Block Trenton is asking for volunteers and donations of food serving supplies, prepared foods, and beverages to provide free, hot meals to 90 or more Trenton community members on the last Sunday of every month.

• Ground turkey
• Salad
• Bread

How To Get Involved

• To donate prepared food or supplies, please drop all donations off to 120 East State on the day of the meal at 10:30am.
• To volunteer your time to help with set up, clean up, canvassing, etc., please contact thablocktrenton@gmail.com.
• To provide monetary donations to support this initiative, please contact Kenny Bullock at 609-233-7911.

About Tha Community Meal

On the last Sunday of the month, Tha Block Trenton brings the community together to enjoy a hot meal together. On average, we are able to provide meals to 75 residents or more, including many of our unhoused residents.

In addition to providing hot food, we are also able to provide free clothing, shoes, and personal care items to the community.

This event has become an amazing tradition and is uplifted by all of the food and clothing donations received from the community.

Tha Block Trenton is a grassroots organization serving those that live in the city of Trenton, New Jersey. The organization’s goal is to distribute resources equitably to all of the city’s residents, including our unhoused residents, local businesses, grassroots organizations, and our youth.
