“Friendraiser” for 120 East State and the Steeple Center Project

October 27 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please join us for wine, mocktails, and hors d’oeuvres at a lovely Cadwalader Heights home, built between 1919-1920, with secluded backyard spaces along the canal. The landscape’s stone stairways, terraces and plantings are beautifully illuminated at sunset in this quiet paradise.

Our host, Randy Baum, is an accomplished landscape architect, designing parks and recreational facilities, as well as preserving historic open spaces and structures throughout Trenton.

Learn more about the transformation of First Presbyterian Church into the Steeple Center– an arts, history, and economic development engine for Trenton.

  • Hear Mercer County Commissioner Sam Frisby describe why the project is important to Trenton
  • Imagine “A Day In the Life” of this new center with Cherry Oakley, Board President
  • See images of the planned transformation of this National Historic Register site
  • Discover how you can take part in this downtown revitalization effort

$25 admissions fee. Must register to attend.
